Order and Delivery Policy

Collection

Collection orders are usually ready within 15 to 25 minutes of confirmation, depending on how busy the kitchen is. We will give you a time on WhatsApp.

Delivery

We deliver within Potchefstroom during opening hours. A delivery fee may apply depending on the area and will be confirmed before we prepare the order. Please make sure someone is available to receive the order.

Changes and cancellations

You can change or cancel an order on WhatsApp until we confirm that it is being prepared. Once food is being prepared, it cannot be cancelled.

Problems with an order

If something is missing or not right, message us straight away and we will fix it, replace it or refund the item.
